Bug Description

playbackRate does not work correctly when audio is routed through an AudioContext

Steps to repro:

1. Press Play button. Sound will play back.
2. Press some of the Speed buttons. Sound playback speed will adjust.
3. Press Pause
4. Check the "Use AudioContext" checkbox.
5. Repeat steps 1 and 2

Result: sound playback is garbled and speed is incorrect. Once speed has changed it does not correctly reset back to 1x.
